Peace By The River accommodation in Echuca is located on a bend of the Campaspe River close to where it joins the mighty Murray, within earshot of paddlesteamer whistles. Indigenous people hunted and fished here and, later, explorers, settlers, loggers, graziers, bullock drivers, and legendary riverboat skippers lived and worked throughout this region. A 10-minute stroll brings you to the heart of our historic Port of Echuca and to our wealth of picturesque shops, attractions, pubs, cellar doors, cafes and restaurants. Golf, cinema and bush walking routes are all close by.
